Whether you ship high volumes on fixed schedules or require flexible capacity across multiple lanes, East Shipping provides scalable FCL ocean freight solutions to support your growth.
When your cargo fills a container, control and reliability matter most. Our Full Container Load (FCL) solutions are designed for direct, efficient shipping — minimizing handling, reducing risk, and keeping your supply chain moving smoothly from origin to destination.
Your cargo moves in a sealed container used exclusively for your shipment, ensuring greater security, faster transit, and no cross-handling with other goods.
Access multiple carrier and routing choices to match your timelines, budgets, and operational priorities — without compromising reliability.
From container booking and documentation to port coordination and final delivery, we manage every stage with clear communication and full visibility.
Because full container load shipments move directly without consolidation delays, FCL shipments are often faster than shared container services on the same route.
Yes. We can organise full door-to-door FCL shipping, including collection, port handling, sea freight, customs clearance, and final delivery to your premises.
Typical documentation includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and any relevant export or import declarations. Our team assists with preparing and checking all required paperwork.
All FCL shipments are tracked through East Shipping's system. Customers receive real-time digital updates showing vessel details, sailing dates, and arrival estimates. This guarantees visibility throughout the journey and allows you to plan your logistics efficiently.

A 20GP container typically holds up to around 30 cubic metres, a 40GP around 67 cubic metres and a 40HC around 76 cubic metres, depending on the nature of the cargo and how it is loaded.
You will need to make a commercial decision on whether to pay the higher FCL rate for exclusive use of the container or choose LCL at a lower cost.
FCL is generally considered more secure, as the container is sealed at the collection point and only opened at the delivery point. This means any signs of tampering can be identified immediately. As FCL shipments are not consolidated with other cargo, there is less handling, which reduces the risk of damage or theft.
